- Whether your phone number can be tapped to call
- Whether each service and each city you work in has a page of its own
- Page titles, descriptions, and headings, the text Google shows in results
- Whether Google and Bing can read and index the site, and whether anything is blocking them
- Whether the business details match your Google listing

- Your main category and any extras
- Service area and hours, including holidays
- Services, photos, and whether the listing looks active
- Duplicate or old listings that split your reviews
- Reviews and whether they've been answered
- Business name, phone, and address details that disagree between sites
What you get
One page, in plain English.
The audit lists what's working, what's broken, and what we'd fix first, in that order. It doesn't use jargon or a pile of scores. You can hand it to anyone else to fix, or to us.
We don't promise rankings or a number of leads from it. If a fix is cheap, we say so. If you don't need us, we say that too. Our prices are posted if you want to see what fixing it would cost before you ask.

Is the website audit really free?
Yes. There's no card, no trial, and no pressure to hire us afterward. The audit is yours to keep either way.
What do I get?
A short, plain-English write-up, usually one page: what's working, what's broken, and what we'd fix first on your website and Google listing.
How long does it take?
Book a time and we confirm within one business day. The audit arrives by email before your 20 minute call, so the call is about your business.
Do you audit sites you didn't build?
Yes. Most audits are of sites someone else built.
I don't have a website yet. Can I still get an audit?
Yes. We review your Google listing and what customers see when they search for you, and tell you what we'd build first.
Will the audit promise me a Google ranking?
No. Nobody can promise a ranking. The audit tells you what's missing or wrong, and what we can and can't do about it.
