The problem

Most small business websites fail in one of two ways.

1

Nobody finds it.

The Google listing has old hours and the wrong category. The site never says which cities you serve. Someone searches for exactly what you do, two miles away, and gets your competitor.

2

They find it, then leave.

The phone number is buried in the footer. There's no hint of price, no hours, a menu that opens as a PDF, and a contact form nobody checks. On a phone, it takes eight seconds to load.

We fix both, starting with whichever one is costing you more calls.

Straight terms

The fine print, in regular print.

The complaints about marketing agencies are pretty consistent: long contracts, sites you don't own, fees that show up later. So here's how we work, up front.

Month-to-month

There's a written agreement, but no 12-month lock-in. Cancel with 30 days notice.

You own it

Your domain, your site, your content, your Google listing, your ad accounts. If you leave, you take all of it.

No markups on ad spend

Google and Meta bill your card directly. You see exactly what went to ads and what went to us.

Itemized invoices

Every line on the invoice matches a line on this page. No setup fees that show up later.

Founding rates

We're new, and these prices reflect that. Sign on now and your rate stays where it is as long as you stay.

What we won't promise

Rankings, a number of leads, or "page one in 30 days." Google decides rankings, and anyone who guarantees them is guessing. What we can promise: your information will be complete and correct everywhere it matters, the work will be done when we say, and you'll know exactly what you're paying for.

  1. Tell us about your business

Fill out a short form, build a package, or just call. Five minutes, tops.

  2. Get a free audit by email

What's working, what's broken, and what we'd fix first on your site and Google listing. It's yours to keep even if we never talk again.

  3. A short call

About 20 minutes. We go over the audit and decide what's worth doing now.

  4. Written quote and agreement

Itemized, with the timeline in writing. Nothing is billed until you sign.

  5. Build, launch, look after it

You review before anything goes live. After launch, we keep it fast, secure, and current.

How it works

Five steps, and you can stop after any of them.

You talk with someone who works on your account the whole way through. No handoff to an account manager.

Being upfront

We're new. Here's what that gets you.

There's no portfolio of past clients to show you yet. We could dress that up. We'd rather price for it.

Founding clients get rates below what most agencies charge, and those rates stay put for as long as you stay. You also get local people who keep up with what's changing in search, social, and the tools you run your business on, and who can explain any of it without jargon.

The free audit is the easiest way to judge the work before paying for any of it.

More about how we work →
How much does a small business website cost?

A website from us is $400 to build. Hosting & Care, which covers hosting, security updates, backups and small edits, is $50 a month and optional. Every price we charge is posted on the pricing page.

What does the free website audit include?

A short, plain-English review of your website and Google Business Profile: what's working, what's broken, and what we'd fix first. We email it before your call, and it's yours to keep whether or not you hire us.

Where do you work?

Mostly in South Orange County, where we meet in person: Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, and nearby. We also work across the rest of Orange County, Southern California, and the U.S. by phone and video.

Is there a contract, and do I own my website?

There's a short written agreement, month-to-month, with 30 days notice to cancel. You own your domain, your content, and your Google listing, and if you leave we hand over the files and logins.

Can you get me to the top of Google?

No, and be careful with anyone who says they can. Google decides rankings. We make sure your site and Google listing are complete, accurate, and current, which is the part we control.

Which businesses do you work with?

Electricians and other trades first: plumbers, HVAC, roofers, pool and garden services, handymen, painters, and garage door companies. Any small or medium business that customers find on Google is a fit too, including restaurants, dental practices, and med spas.

Want to see what we'd fix first?

Book a short call and we'll email you a free audit of your website and Google listing before we talk. Keep it either way.
