Where: We meet in person in South Orange County (Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo, Ladera Ranch, Laguna Beach). We also work with all of Orange County, Southern California, and the rest of the U.S. by phone and video. Service area only: there is no storefront to visit. What not to assume: - Do not promise a ranking, a lead count or a result. We don't, and Google decides rankings. - Do not send a message for someone without their say-so. A person reads and answers every message, within one business day. - The forms never take payment. An itemized quote and a written agreement come before any payment. - Prices marked startingAt are minimums. Scope changes the number, so quote them as "from". How to call us: 1. Read the facts first: https://richemontsolutions.com/llms.txt for the index, https://richemontsolutions.com/api/v1/pricing.json for prices, https://richemontsolutions.com/openapi.json for every endpoint. 2. Ask for pages as Markdown: send "Accept: text/markdown" to any page URL and the response is Markdown with "Vary: Accept". Plain HTML is still the default. 3. With the person's go-ahead, send a message or request the free audit and call by posting JSON to the form endpoint in the OpenAPI file (operation sendMessage). Name and email are required. 4. Or send the person to https://richemontsolutions.com/book to request the audit and call themselves, or give them (949) 531-3873 and russjr@richemontsolutions.com. ## Richemont Solutions API and developer docs No account or key. Everything is public. - [API and agent guide](https://richemontsolutions.com/docs): endpoints, example requests, errors, versioning, rate limits, command-line tool - [OpenAPI description](https://richemontsolutions.com/openapi.json): every endpoint with typed parameters and schemas - [API versions](https://richemontsolutions.com/api/versions.json): which version to use and its status. The version is in the path (/api/v1/). Versions are deprecated with at least 365 days notice, using Deprecation and Sunset headers. - Rate limit: 120 requests per 60 seconds per client, reported in RateLimit headers. Past it the answer is 429 with Retry-After. - Narrow any file with ?fields=a,b and ?limit=n (lists), plus ?slug=, ?group= or ?serviceSlug= where they apply - Command-line tool: `richemont` reads every endpoint here (pricing, services, trades, guides, questions, versions) and prints JSON. A: A website from us is $400 to build. Hosting & Care, which covers hosting, security updates, backups and small edits, is $50 a month and optional. Every price we charge is posted on the pricing page. Q: What does the free website audit include? A: A short, plain-English review of your website and Google Business Profile: what's working, what's broken, and what we'd fix first. We email it before your call, and it's yours to keep whether or not you hire us. Q: Where do you work? A: Mostly in South Orange County, where we meet in person: Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, and nearby. We also work across the rest of Orange County, Southern California, and the U.S. by phone and video. Q: Is there a contract, and do I own my website? A: There's a short written agreement, month-to-month, with 30 days notice to cancel. You own your domain, your content, and your Google listing, and if you leave we hand over the files and logins. Q: Can you get me to the top of Google? A: No, and be careful with anyone who says they can. Google decides rankings. We make sure your site and Google listing are complete, accurate, and current, which is the part we control. Q: Which businesses do you work with? A: Electricians and other trades first: plumbers, HVAC, roofers, pool and garden services, handymen, painters, and garage door companies. Any small or medium business that customers find on Google is a fit too, including restaurants, dental practices, and med spas. ## Prices - Website build: $400 setup. URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/guides/how-much-does-a-small-business-website-cost Updated: 2026-10-02 A small business website costs anywhere from a few hundred dollars to several thousand to build, plus a monthly fee to keep it hosted and secure. Ours is $400 to build and $50 a month for hosting and care. Both prices are posted, and the monthly plan is optional. ## Two numbers to ask about There are two numbers to ask about: what it costs to build, and what it costs every month after. Agencies commonly quote a few thousand dollars to build a small-business site (we looked at public pricing pages in September 2026, and the typical quote was roughly $1,500 to $5,000, with custom work well above that). Do-it-yourself builders are cheaper up front and cost you your own time. At Richemont Solutions, a website is $400 to build. Hosting & Care is $50 a month, and you can skip it and host the site yourself. We're new, and those are founding rates. ## What changes the price Most of the spread between a cheap quote and an expensive one comes down to a handful of things: - How many pages. A home page, a page per service, a page per area you serve, plus about, FAQ and contact is a normal small-business site. Dozens of location pages is a bigger job. - Custom design or a template. Custom takes longer to build and looks less like everyone else's. - Who writes the words and takes the photos. Writing for your trade, and fixing phone photos of real jobs, is real work. - Extras like online booking, payments, or a store. These need their own quote. - Who looks after it afterward. A site nobody updates gets slow, insecure, and out of date. ## The monthly part people forget A site has to live somewhere, stay patched, and be backed up. Some owners pay for hosting, a developer, and a security plugin separately and find out how much it adds up to a year later. Our $50 a month covers hosting, security updates, backups, uptime checks, small edits, a monthly speed and SEO pass, and one blog post a month. Your domain name renews with whoever you registered it through, usually once a year, and that fee is separate from ours. ## What the build price covers here A full site like this one: home, a page per main service, service areas, about, FAQ, contact, and legal pages. Written for your trade, mobile first, launched on your domain. Bigger builds, like an online store or a booking system, get a written quote before any work starts. ## Questions to ask any web designer before you pay These matter more than the price: - Who owns the domain and the content? It should be you. - How long is the contract, and how do you cancel? - What exactly is in the monthly fee, and what costs extra? - Can you take the site with you if you leave? - Who will you actually talk to when something breaks? ## What a website can and can't do A good site makes it easy for a customer to see what you do, where you work, and how to reach you. It won't guarantee a Google ranking, and anyone who promises one is guessing. Your Google Business Profile matters as much as your site for local searches, which is why we look at both in the free audit. Q: Is a $400 website a real website? A: Yes. It's a full small-business site: home page, a page for each main service, service areas, about, FAQ, contact, and legal pages, written for your trade and built for phones. $400 is a founding rate for a new business, and the price is posted so you can compare it. Q: Do I have to pay monthly? A: No. You can pay for the build and host the site yourself. The $50 a month plan is there if you'd rather not think about hosting, security, and updates. Q: Will my website cost more later? A: Only if you ask for more. Founding rates stay where they are for as long as you stay, and anything beyond the posted scope gets a written quote before work starts. Q: Do I own my website if I stop paying monthly? A: Yes. The domain, the content, and the site files are yours. If you leave, we hand them over. # Guide: How to get on Google Maps without a storefront or showing your address URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/guides/google-business-profile-without-a-storefront Updated: 2026-10-02 You can put a business on Google Maps without a storefront. Create a Google Business Profile, say you serve customers at their location, hide your address, and list the areas you work in. Google decides what's allowed, so check its current rules before you start. ## Who this is for Electricians, plumbers, pool techs, painters, handymen, and anyone else who drives to the customer. Google calls this a service-area business. You don't need a shop, and if you work from home you don't have to publish your home address. ## The steps Google changes the wording of its screens now and then, so use these as a map, not a script. - Search for your business name on Google Maps first. A listing may already exist, and claiming it is better than making a second one. - Go to the Google Business Profile page and choose to add your business. Use the name you use on your truck, your invoices, and your website. Don't add keywords to the name. - Pick the category that matches your main job. Add others for what else you do. - When it asks if you have a location customers can visit, say no, and say that you serve customers at their location. - Add the cities you serve. Google's help pages describe a limit on how many areas you can list and how far from your base they can be, so list the places you really go to. - Add your phone number, hours, services, and a few photos of real jobs. - Verify the profile. Google picks the method (a code by phone, text, email, or a short video), and you can't choose it. ## What to avoid Don't use a virtual office, a mailbox store, or a friend's address. Google's guidelines don't allow addresses where you can't be reached and don't really operate, and a profile that breaks them can be suspended. Don't put a city or a service in the business name either. ## Keeping it working A profile that's verified and then left alone goes stale. Hours change, holidays come, reviews arrive and sit unanswered. Posting photos and replying to reviews is what keeps it looking like a business that's open. If you'd rather hand it off, our Google Business Profile cleanup is $250 one time, and upkeep is $150 a month. Either way the profile is under your business, and we're added as a manager you can remove with one click. Q: Can I hide my home address on Google Maps? A: Yes, if you serve customers at their location. You choose to hide the address and list service areas instead. Google can ask you to verify with your real address first, and it doesn't show it to the public. Q: Do I need a website to be on Google Maps? A: No, but a site helps. Google and customers both use it to check what you do and where you work. Q: How long does verification take? A: It varies, and Google controls it. Some profiles verify the same day and some take longer or need a second try. Q: Can I show up in cities I don't have an address in? A: You can list them as service areas. That tells Google where you work. It doesn't guarantee you'll appear in every search there. # Guide: How to show up when people ask ChatGPT or Google AI for a local business URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/guides/show-up-in-ai-answers Updated: 2026-10-02 Nobody can promise a spot in an AI answer. What helps is the same groundwork that helps ordinary search: a clear site, a complete Google Business Profile, matching business details everywhere, and real reviews. We do all of it here, and we'll say plainly what we can't prove. ## What we know and what we don't AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, and the AI summaries inside Google, pull from web pages, business listings, and reviews. The companies that make them don't publish exactly how they choose, so anyone who sells a sure method is guessing. What follows is what we do because it's sensible and cheap, not a formula. ## Say who you are and what you do in plain words An AI tool can only repeat what a page says. If your site says what you do, where you work, and what it costs in the first few sentences, it's easy to quote. A page that says "solutions for your needs" gives it nothing. ## Keep your details identical everywhere Your business name, phone number, hours, and service area should match on your site, your Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, and any directory you're in. When listings disagree, search engines and AI tools have to guess which one to trust. ## Answer real questions on your site A short FAQ with direct answers ("How much does a panel upgrade cost?" "Do you pull permits?") gives search engines and assistants text they can lift. We also mark the questions up so they're machine-readable. ## Make sure crawlers are allowed in Some hosting setups block AI crawlers by default. Check your robots.txt and your host's bot settings. Ours allows search and AI crawlers on every public page. ## Get real reviews and replies Reviews and your replies are some of the most-read text about a local business. Ask after each job, and answer every review the way you'd talk to the customer. ## What about llms.txt? It's a plain text file that summarizes a site for AI tools. We publish one at /llms.txt because it costs almost nothing. We can't point to proof that any major assistant uses it, so don't pay anyone extra for it. ## Bing counts too Some AI assistants have been reported to draw on Bing's search index, so being in Bing is worth the small effort. Setting up Google and Bing both is part of how we launch a site. Q: Can you guarantee my business shows up in ChatGPT? A: No. Nobody outside those companies can. We make your site, listings, and reviews clear and consistent, which is what gives you a chance. Q: Is AI visibility different from SEO? A: The groundwork overlaps a lot. Clear pages, correct listings, and real reviews help both. The AI side adds a few extras, like machine-readable FAQs and letting crawlers in. Q: How would I know if I'm showing up? A: Ask the assistants the questions your customers ask, in your city, and see what comes back. It's a rough check, and answers change from day to day. # Service: Websites URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/services/websites We build custom sites for local service businesses: fast to load, easy to read on a phone, and built around the pages a customer actually needs. You own the domain and the content. Add the monthly Hosting & Care plan and we host it, keep it secure, and make small edits, so you're not stuck calling a stranger every time something breaks. Or take the finished site and host it wherever you like. What's included: - Custom design: Built around your services and your customers, not a generic template. - Service pages: A dedicated page for each thing you do, written the way customers actually search. - Service area pages: Pages for the specific cities and neighborhoods you cover, not one page for all of Orange County. - Tappable contact info: A phone number and contact form that work correctly on a phone, on every page. - Hosting, if you want it: With the Hosting & Care plan, hosting, updates, and backups are handled for you. - Care plan option: Ongoing small edits and one blog post a month, if you want it (see Hosting & Care). - Full ownership: You keep the domain and the content, no matter what happens later. What it can't do: - We can't guarantee traffic or leads from a new site alone. A site without SEO and a Google listing behind it is a business card, not a lead source. - The standard build is a site about the size and style of this one. Bigger builds, like dozens of location pages or custom features, get quoted separately. - We don't build ecommerce stores with inventory and checkout. If you sell physical products online, we're not the right fit. Q: Do I own the site? A: Yes. You own the domain and the content. If you ever want to leave, you take it with you. Q: How long does a new site take? A: Most service-business sites take a few weeks from questionnaire to launch, depending on how many services and pages you need. Q: What if I already have a site? A: We can rebuild it or work from what's there. Either way, nothing changes until you approve the new site. Q: Do you write the content or do I? A: We write a first draft based on your questionnaire answers, then you edit, add, or approve it before launch. # Service: Local SEO URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/services/local-seo Local SEO is the work that helps Google understand what you do and where you do it, so you show up when someone in your area searches for it. That means service-area pages, consistent business listings across the web, and fixing the technical issues that quietly hold your ranking back. What's included: - Service-area pages: Built for the cities and neighborhoods you actually cover. - Citation and NAP cleanup: Your name, address, and phone number made consistent across major directories. - On-page SEO: Titles, headings, descriptions, and image fixes across your site. - Technical fixes: Broken links, slow pages, and missing structure cleaned up. - Call tracking: Set up so you can see which calls actually came from search. - Monthly report: Plain English: what changed, what we did, what's next. What it can't do: - We can't guarantee rankings. Google decides that. We can control what Google sees on your site and listings. - SEO takes real time. Anyone promising overnight results is either lying or doing something Google will eventually penalize. - We won't buy links or use spam tactics that put your site at risk, even if they'd work short-term. Q: How long until I see results? A: Local SEO takes real time to show up in rankings. It's slower than ads, but the results tend to last longer. Q: Do you guarantee a top ranking? A: No. We don't guarantee rankings for any keyword. Nobody honestly can, since Google controls that, not us. Q: What's a service-area page? A: A page built for a specific city or neighborhood you serve, so someone searching 'plumber in Lake Forest' finds a page written for exactly that. Q: Do I need a new website for this to work? A: Not always. If your current site is reasonably solid, we can often do this work on top of what you already have. # Service: Google Business Profile URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/services/google-business-profile Google Business Profile (the free listing that shows your hours, reviews, and map pin) is where most local searches actually land. We set it up correctly, keep it current, and clean up duplicate or spammy listings that are stealing your calls. What's included: - Setup and verification: Full setup, or claiming and verifying a listing that already exists. - Accurate details: Correct categories, service list, service area, and hours. - Photos and posts: Regular uploads and posts so the listing looks active. - Q&A monitoring: Watching and answering the Q&A section before misinformation sits there. - Review replies: Templates and ongoing responses to every new review. - Spam cleanup: Duplicate or fake competitor listings found and reported. What it can't do: - We can't guarantee placement in the map pack. Google's algorithm decides that. - We can't remove a legitimate negative review, only reply to it professionally. - Verification timing (postcard, phone, or video) is set by Google, not us, so it can take longer than anyone would like. Q: What if my listing is already suspended? A: We can help diagnose why and file a reinstatement request, but Google makes the final call and there's no guaranteed timeline. Q: Can you get rid of a bad review? A: Only if it violates Google's policies, like being fake or off-topic. We can report it, but Google decides whether to remove it. Q: Do I need a website too? A: Your Google listing works better with a real site behind it, but we can start with the listing alone if that's the priority. Q: How often will you post? A: We'll set a schedule that fits your business, usually a few times a month, using real photos from your jobs. # Service: Hosting & Care URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/services/hosting-maintenance A website needs upkeep the same way a truck needs oil changes. For sites we build, this plan covers hosting, security updates, backups, and uptime monitoring, plus small edits and one blog post a month so the site doesn't just sit unchanged for years. What's included: - Hosting: Fast, secure hosting handled for you. - Security updates: Patches applied as they're released. - Backups: Automatic backups on a regular schedule. - Uptime monitoring: Alerts if the site goes down, so it gets caught fast. - Small edits: Text and image changes included each month. - Speed and SEO pass: Page speed and on-page SEO checked every month, with small fixes made. - Monthly blog post: Written around your services and area, so the site stays active. - Monthly check-in: A note on performance and anything worth knowing. What it can't do: - We can't promise 100% uptime. No host can. We can promise a fast response when something goes wrong. - Small edits are included; a full redesign or new pages fall outside this plan. - The monthly blog post helps activity and freshness. It isn't a guarantee of more traffic on its own. Q: What counts as a small edit? A: Text changes, swapping a photo, updating hours or a phone number, that kind of thing. Bigger changes get scoped separately. Q: What happens if I cancel? A: You keep your domain and a copy of your site's content. This isn't a contract that traps you. Q: Can I get this for a site someone else built? A: No. Care is for sites we build, because we can only keep something secure and fast when we know exactly how it was made. If your current site is worth keeping, we can still help with your Google listing and local SEO. Q: Who writes the blog post? A: We write it, based on your services and area, then you can review it before it goes live. # Service: Google Ads URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/services/google-ads Google Ads (Search and Local Services Ads) can put you in front of someone searching for your service right now. We set up tight geo-targeting, build negative keyword lists so you're not paying for irrelevant clicks, and track which calls actually come from ads. Your ad spend goes directly to Google, not through us. What's included: - Account setup or audit: New setup or review of your existing Google Ads or Local Services Ads account. - Geo-targeting: Tightened to your actual service area, not a broad radius. - Negative keywords: Lists built so spend isn't wasted on irrelevant searches. - Call tracking: Set up so you can see which calls came from ads. - Ad copy: Written around your services and area, not generic templates. - Ongoing adjustments: Based on what's actually converting, not guesswork. What it can't do: - We can't guarantee a specific cost per lead or a set number of calls. Auction prices shift with competition and season. - Ad spend goes straight to Google. We don't mark it up or hold it. - We can't promise Local Services Ads approval. Google runs its own background check and licensing review for that program. Q: Who pays for the ads? A: You do, directly to Google. We're not marking up ad spend or taking a cut of it. Q: How much should I budget? A: It depends on your trade and area. We usually recommend starting small and adjusting once real cost-per-lead numbers come in. Q: What's the difference between Search Ads and Local Services Ads? A: Search Ads are the ads above regular results. Local Services Ads are the 'Google Guaranteed' listings for certain trades, paid per lead instead of per click. Q: Can you guarantee leads? A: No. We can guarantee the account is set up and targeted correctly. Results depend on your market and season too. # Service: Facebook & Instagram Ads URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/services/meta-ads Facebook and Instagram ads work differently than Google: you're reaching people before they search, often with a seasonal offer, a retargeting reminder, or a simple lead form. We build and run these campaigns while your spend goes directly to Meta. What's included: - Seasonal campaigns: Built around offers and promotions tied to your busy season. - Retargeting: For people who've already visited your site or engaged with you. - Lead forms: Set up and connected to your CRM or inbox. - Creative guidance: Using real job photos and clips instead of stock images. - Ongoing monitoring: Spend and targeting adjusted based on results. What it can't do: - We can't guarantee lead volume or cost per lead. Meta's auction and your offer both affect that. - Ad spend goes directly to Meta, not through us. - These ads work best with decent photos or video from real jobs. Stock images won't perform as well. Q: Is this better than Google Ads? A: They do different jobs. Google catches people searching now. Meta reaches people before they're searching, often for a seasonal push. Q: Do I need a big budget to start? A: No. You can start small on a specific offer and scale up once it's clear what's converting. Q: What if I don't have good photos? A: We can guide you on what to capture from your next few jobs. Real photos consistently do better than stock images. Q: Who owns the ad account? A: You do. It's set up under your business, so you keep it whether or not you keep working with us. # Service: Social Media URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/services/social-media Social media for a service business works best as proof of real work: before-and-afters, quick clips from the job site, a look at the team. We set a posting schedule, guide the short-form video side, and keep it current with what's actually working on each platform. What's included: - Posting schedule: Realistic for your team's time, not an impossible daily cadence. - Filming guidance: Plain instructions on what to capture on the job site. - Short-form video: Editing guidance built around what's currently working on each platform. - Captions: Written and tied to your services and area. - Monthly review: What's working and what to drop, checked each month. What it can't do: - We can't guarantee followers or viral reach. Platforms change their algorithms constantly. - This works best with some raw material from you: photos or clips from real jobs. We can't invent that from nothing. - Social media supports the rest of your marketing. On its own, it rarely fills a schedule. Q: Do you need me to film things? A: Yes, or someone on your team. A phone camera and thirty seconds on a job site is usually enough. Q: Which platforms matter for my business? A: It depends on your trade and customers. We'll help you pick one or two rather than spreading thin across all of them. Q: Can you guarantee this brings in customers? A: No single channel gets that guarantee. Social media builds trust and recognition alongside your other marketing. Q: What if I hate being on camera? A: You don't have to be. Job-site footage, finished work, and team shots work fine without anyone narrating to camera. # Service: Reviews URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/services/review-generation Most happy customers won't leave a review unless you ask, right after the job while it's fresh. We set up automatic text and email requests timed to when a job wraps, along with reply templates so every review, good or not, gets a response. What's included: - Automated requests: Text and email review requests timed after job completion. - Direct links: To your Google Business Profile and any other review sites you use. - Reply templates: For positive, neutral, and negative reviews. - Handling bad reviews: Guidance on how to respond without making it worse. - Monthly check: New reviews and response consistency reviewed each month. What it can't do: - We never gate or filter reviews, meaning sending only happy customers to Google and routing unhappy ones elsewhere. That's against Google's policy and it's dishonest. - We don't buy or fabricate reviews, ever. - We can't guarantee a specific rating or review count. We can guarantee a real system that asks every customer at the right time. Q: Is it okay to filter who gets asked to review? A: No. Sending only satisfied customers to leave a public review and routing unhappy ones elsewhere violates Google's policies, so we don't set that up. Q: What if I get a bad review? A: You respond honestly and professionally, ideally offering to make it right. We'll give you a template, but the real fix is addressing the actual complaint. Q: How soon after the job should I ask? A: Usually within a day or two, while the job is still fresh in the customer's mind. Q: Can you remove old bad reviews? A: Only if they violate Google's policies, like being fake. Legitimate negative reviews stay, and the best response is a good one from you. # Service: CRM & Automation URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/services/crm-automation A CRM (customer relationship manager) tracks every lead and job from first contact to invoice. We help pick or set up the right one, build the pipelines and follow-up sequences, and clean up whatever messy spreadsheet or half-used tool you're currently patching together. What's included: - CRM selection or setup: Based on your trade and team size, not a one-size-fits-all pick. - Pipeline structure: Lead, estimate, scheduled, completed, invoiced, laid out clearly. - Follow-up sequences: Automated for estimates and invoices, so nothing depends on memory. - Form and call integration: Leads land in the CRM automatically, from your site and your phone. - Cleanup: Existing tools or spreadsheets you want to keep, tidied up rather than replaced. - Basic training: So your team can actually use what's built. What it can't do: - A CRM only works if your team actually uses it. We can build the system, not force adoption. - We can't guarantee it prevents every dropped lead, only that the follow-up happens automatically instead of depending on memory. - Some CRMs have real monthly costs beyond our setup fee. We'll tell you that cost upfront. Q: Which CRM do you use? A: It depends on your trade, budget, and team size. We'll recommend one based on your actual needs, not a single tool we push on everyone. Q: Can you fix the CRM I already have? A: Often, yes. A lot of CRMs get set up once and abandoned. We can clean up and rebuild what's there instead of starting over. Q: Will my team need training? A: A short walkthrough, usually. Most modern CRMs are simple once the pipelines and automations are already built. Q: Does this replace my invoicing software? A: Not necessarily. Many CRMs handle invoicing, but we can also connect your existing invoicing tool instead. # Service: AI Chat & Voice URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/services/ai-assistants Missed calls turn into lost jobs. We set up missed-call text-back, a website chat that can answer hours, service area, and booking questions, and after-hours call answering. It's AI-assisted, but it hands off to a real person and gets reviewed, not left running unchecked. What's included: - Missed-call text-back: An instant reply sent the moment a call goes unanswered. - Website chat: Trained on your hours, service area, and booking process. - After-hours answering: Calls covered with clear handoff rules. - Human review: Chat and call transcripts reviewed regularly to catch mistakes. - Escalation paths: A real person reachable for anything the system can't handle. What it can't do: - We're upfront that this is AI-assisted. It hands off to a human for anything it can't confidently answer, and we review transcripts to catch errors. - It can't replace a real conversation for complex or sensitive jobs. It's built to capture and triage, not close every deal. - It needs accurate information about your hours, pricing ranges, and service area to work well. Bad input leads to bad answers here too. Q: Will customers know they're talking to AI? A: Yes. We don't disguise it as a person, and it's built to hand off to you or your team when a real conversation is needed. Q: What if it gives a wrong answer? A: We review transcripts regularly to catch and correct mistakes. No system is perfect, which is why a human stays in the loop. Q: Does this replace answering my own phone? A: No. It catches what you'd otherwise miss: after-hours calls, missed calls, late-night website questions. Q: Can it book appointments? A: It can walk a customer toward booking and hand off the details, depending on what your CRM and calendar setup support. # Service: Email & SMS URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/services/email-sms Most repeat business gets lost simply because nobody reminded the customer it was time. We set up seasonal reminder campaigns, like AC tune-ups before summer, past-customer reactivation, and compliant email and text opt-in, including the TCPA and A2P 10DLC registration that keeps your texts from getting blocked. What's included: - Seasonal campaigns: Built around your service cycle, like tune-ups or seasonal cleanups. - Reactivation sequences: Reaching out to past customers who haven't been back in a while. - Compliant opt-in: Set up correctly, with a plain-language explanation of TCPA and A2P 10DLC registration. - Templates: Email and SMS written in your voice, not a generic script. - List management: Ongoing handling of unsubscribes and list hygiene. What it can't do: - We can't guarantee open rates or response rates. Timing, wording, and your list quality all affect that. - Compliance work, like TCPA and A2P 10DLC registration, takes real setup time before texts can go out. We won't skip it to launch faster. - This depends on having a real list of past customers. We can't build one from nothing. Q: What is A2P 10DLC? A: It's the registration process carriers require for business text messaging in the US. Skipping it gets your texts blocked or filtered as spam. Q: Is texting customers legal? A: Yes, with proper opt-in and registration under TCPA rules. We set that up correctly rather than treating it as an afterthought. Q: How often should I message past customers? A: It depends on your service cycle. An HVAC company might message twice a year for tune-ups. Others need less. Q: Can someone stop getting texts by mistake? A: Every message includes an unsubscribe option, and opt-outs are honored automatically. # Service: Branding & Logo URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/services/branding Branding here means the practical basics: a logo, a color palette, fonts, and a one-page brand sheet, all delivered in files that actually work for a truck wrap, a yard sign, or a stack of business cards. Nothing abstract, nothing you can't hand to a print shop. What's included: - Logo design: Built around your business and trade, not a generic icon. - Color palette: Exact codes provided for both print and web use. - Font pairing: Chosen for consistent use across signage, cards, and your site. - Brand sheet: A one-page reference documenting all of it. - Print-ready files: Vector files ready for truck wraps, yard signs, and business cards. - Web-ready files: Sized correctly for your site and social profiles. What it can't do: - This covers logo and basic brand files, not a full brand strategy or market research. - We can't guarantee a logo works for every future use you haven't mentioned. Tell us about the truck wrap and the yard sign upfront. - Print colors can shift slightly between shops and materials. We provide exact codes, but the print shop's equipment has the final say. Q: Do I own the final files? A: Yes. Once delivered, the logo and brand files are yours to use anywhere, including with other vendors. Q: What if I already have a logo I like? A: We can build the color palette, fonts, and brand sheet around your existing logo instead of starting over. Q: How many revisions do I get? A: We'll set a reasonable number upfront so revisions don't drag on indefinitely. Q: Can you also update my website with the new branding? A: Yes, that's part of the websites or hosting and care work if you want it applied there too. # Industry: HVAC URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/industries/hvac When someone's AC dies on a 95 degree day in Mission Viejo, they search on their phone and call whoever answers first with a clear number and a real service area. We build sites and Google listings that make that call easy to make, and easy for you to catch. What customers search: ac repair mission viejo; emergency ac repair near me; hvac company rancho santa margarita; furnace repair lake forest; ac not cooling; hvac maintenance plan; hvac company near me Q: Can my site list all the cities I serve? A: Yes. We build out service area pages or a clear list by city, since that's how people actually search and how Google matches local results. Q: Will this get me more emergency calls? A: We can't promise call volume. What we can do is make sure your number is impossible to miss and your listing shows up when someone searches for AC repair nearby. Q: Do you handle Google reviews too? A: We can set up a simple system for asking happy customers to leave a review after a job, which helps your listing over time. Q: I already have a site. Can you just fix the Google listing? A: Yes, that's a common starting point. We'll audit what's there now and tell you honestly what's worth fixing first. # Industry: Plumbing URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/industries/plumbing Most plumbing searches happen at the worst possible moment: a leak, a backed-up drain, a water heater that quit overnight. We build sites that answer the two questions people actually have, which are whether you're available now and roughly what to expect, so the call comes to you instead of the next listing. What customers search: emergency plumber near me; plumber san clemente; water heater repair mission viejo; slab leak repair; drain cleaning laguna niguel; 24 hour plumber orange county Q: Should I list my prices online? A: You don't have to. We usually recommend explaining how an estimate works instead of posting exact numbers, since plumbing costs vary by job. Q: Can you set something up for after-hours calls? A: Yes. Depending on how you want to handle it, that can mean a clear emergency line on your site or an automated way to catch calls when you can't answer. Q: Do I need separate pages for slab leaks and water heaters? A: If those are searches you want to win, yes. A dedicated page ranks and converts better than a paragraph buried on your services page. # Industry: Roofing URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/industries/roofing Roofing leads spike hard when it rains and dry up the rest of the year, which means your site has to work overtime during that short window. We build sites that make it easy to request an inspection, explain how insurance claims work, and show the tile and shingle work you actually do. What customers search: roof repair mission viejo; roof leak repair; roofing company laguna niguel; tile roof repair; roof replacement cost; emergency roof leak Q: Can you help explain the insurance claim process on my site? A: Yes, we can write a plain-language page on how claims typically work with your company, without promising a specific outcome for any claim. Q: Do you handle both tile and shingle roofing content? A: Yes. If you do both, we'll build out separate pages so each type of roof gets its own clear information. Q: Can you show before and after photos? A: Yes, with photos you provide. We won't use stock images or photos that aren't actually your work. Q: What about HOA approval mentions? A: We can add a short section explaining that you're familiar with HOA material and color approval, which is a real question a lot of homeowners have here. # Industry: Electrical URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/industries/electrical Most electrical work starts with a homeowner who doesn't know what the job is called. The breaker keeps tripping, the panel looks old, the new EV needs a charger. We build sites and Google listings that answer those questions in plain words, show your license, and make calling you the obvious next step. What customers search: electrician mission viejo; panel upgrade cost; ev charger installation near me; breaker keeps tripping; licensed electrician san clemente; recessed lighting install; emergency electrician near me Q: I get most of my work from referrals. Do I need a site? A: Referred customers usually look you up before they call. A site with your license, your services, and your number confirms what the referral told them. It's the $400 build, and you own it. Q: Can the site show my license number? A: Yes. It goes in the footer of every page, with a link to the state's license lookup so anyone can check it. Q: Can I list starting prices for EV chargers or panel upgrades? A: Yes, if you want to. A starting price or a range with what changes it tends to filter out calls that go nowhere. We'll write it with you and won't publish a number you haven't approved. Q: Do you work with electricians who also do commercial work? A: Yes. We can split residential and commercial into separate pages so each customer finds their side quickly. # Industry: Med Spas URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/industries/med-spas Med spa clients usually decide between a few options based on the site and the Google listing alone, since most people don't ask friends before booking a first treatment. We build sites with clear booking, honest service pages, and before-and-after content that stays within California's advertising rules. What customers search: botox mission viejo; med spa near me; laser hair removal laguna niguel; microneedling san clemente; med spa dana point; botox consultation Q: Can you post before-and-after photos? A: Yes, with the right disclaimers and your approval on each one. California has specific rules about how these can be presented, and we follow them. Q: Do you write the treatment descriptions? A: We draft them based on information you provide, and you review everything before it's published. We don't invent claims about results. Q: Can clients book directly through the site? A: Yes, we can connect your site to whatever booking system you already use, or recommend one if you don't have one. Q: Do you run Instagram or Meta ads for med spas? A: Yes, that's a common addition once the site and booking flow are solid, since a lot of med spa interest starts on social media. # Industry: Dental URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/industries/dental New patients usually check three things before booking: whether you take their insurance, whether you have hours that work for them, and whether new patient paperwork is easy. We build dental sites that answer all three without a phone call. What customers search: dentist mission viejo; emergency dentist near me; pediatric dentist laguna niguel; dental implants san clemente; dentist accepting new patients; teeth whitening near me Q: Can you list every insurance plan my practice accepts? A: Yes, we'll build a clear, easy-to-scan list rather than burying it in a paragraph. Q: Can new patient forms be filled out online? A: Yes, we can set up fillable forms so patients can complete paperwork before their visit instead of at the front desk. Q: How do you handle multiple office locations? A: Each location gets its own page with its own hours, address, and contact info, so patients aren't guessing which one to call. # Industry: Law Firms URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/industries/law-firms People searching for a lawyer are often dealing with something stressful, at an odd hour, on their phone. We build sites that make practice areas obvious, intake fast, and advertising language compliant with State Bar rules, so a real inquiry doesn't sit unanswered. What customers search: personal injury lawyer mission viejo; divorce attorney orange county; dui lawyer san clemente; estate planning attorney laguna niguel; lawyer free consultation near me Q: Can you display client reviews or testimonials? A: Carefully. Attorney advertising has specific rules around testimonials and claims, so we keep the language conservative and you approve anything before it's published. Q: Can you set up after-hours intake? A: Yes. That usually means a fast contact form and, if you want it, an automated way to capture basic case details when you can't pick up. Q: Do you handle multiple practice areas on one site? A: Yes, each practice area gets its own page so it can rank on its own and so visitors can confirm quickly that you handle their type of case. Q: Will this guarantee more clients? A: No, we won't promise that. What we can do is make sure a real inquiry has a fast, clear way to reach you instead of getting lost. # Industry: Landscaping URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/industries/landscaping Landscaping searches split between homeowners wanting a redesign and HOAs or property managers needing a reliable maintenance contract, and they're looking for very different things. We build sites that speak to both without making either one dig for the right page. What customers search: landscaping company mission viejo; drought tolerant landscaping; lawn maintenance near me; landscape design laguna niguel; artificial turf installation; tree trimming rancho santa margarita; gardening service near me Q: Can you build separate pages for residential and HOA or commercial work? A: Yes, that's a common setup, since the two audiences are looking for different things and searching differently. Q: Do you highlight drought-tolerant or turf services? A: Yes, if that's part of your work. It's a frequent search here and deserves its own clear page. Q: Can the site show before-and-after project photos? A: Yes, using your actual project photos. We don't use stock images for completed work. # Industry: Auto Repair URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/industries/auto-repair Drivers usually want to know three things fast: whether you work on their make, roughly how estimates work, and whether they can get a ride while the car's in the shop. We build auto repair sites that answer all three before the phone rings. What customers search: auto repair mission viejo; brake repair near me; check engine light diagnostic; oil change laguna niguel; transmission repair san clemente; car ac repair Q: Can you list the specific makes my shop specializes in? A: Yes, and we'll make sure that's obvious on the homepage, not buried on a services page nobody scrolls to. Q: Should I post pricing online? A: Not exact prices, usually. We recommend explaining how estimates work instead, since repair costs vary by vehicle and issue. Q: Can you mention my shuttle service? A: Yes, that's worth a clear spot on the site since it's a real reason people choose one shop over another. # Industry: Restaurants URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/industries/restaurants Most restaurant searches happen minutes before someone wants to eat, often from a phone with one hand full. We build sites with a real HTML menu, accurate hours, and a working link to order or reserve, so a hungry visitor doesn't bounce to the next result. What customers search: restaurants near me; best restaurant mission viejo; san clemente restaurants; dana point waterfront dining; restaurant open late; laguna beach restaurants Q: Can you turn my PDF menu into a real web page? A: Yes. We can turn a PDF menu into a regular web page that reads well on a phone, loads faster, and can be read by Google. Q: Do you handle holiday hours updates? A: We can set up a simple process so your hours stay accurate on Google, especially around holidays when people get caught off guard. Q: Can the site link to my online ordering system? A: Yes, we'll connect it to whatever ordering or reservation platform you already use. # Industry: Cleaning URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/industries/cleaning Letting someone into your home is a trust decision before it's a scheduling one. We build sites for cleaning companies that make recurring booking simple and put your insurance and bonding information where people actually look for it. What customers search: house cleaning mission viejo; recurring cleaning service near me; move out cleaning service; cleaning company laguna niguel; bonded insured cleaners; deep cleaning service Q: Can people book recurring cleanings directly on the site? A: Yes, we can set up a booking flow for recurring service, or connect it to a scheduling tool you already use. Q: Should I post my insurance and bonding info? A: Yes, clearly and near the top of the page. It's one of the first things people check before booking a cleaning service. Q: Can you help with reviews? A: We can set up a simple way to ask satisfied customers for a review after a cleaning, which helps your Google listing over time. # Industry: Handyman URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/industries/handyman A handyman's phone rings with a hundred different jobs: the leaky faucet, the sticking door, the TV that needs mounting. People search for the job, not the trade. We build sites that list what you take on, what you don't, and where you work, so the right calls come in and the wrong ones don't. What customers search: handyman near me; handyman mission viejo; tv mounting service; drywall repair near me; furniture assembly; door repair laguna niguel; small home repairs Q: Can the site list the specific jobs I do and don't do? A: Yes. A short list of what you take on, and what you refer out, saves calls and shows you know where your lines are. Q: I get most of my work through apps and referrals. Do I need my own site? A: A site you own gives people who looked you up a place to check your jobs, your area, and your number. The apps keep the customer relationship. The site is the $400 build, and you own it. Q: Do you show prices? A: If you want to. An hourly rate, a minimum visit, or starting prices for common jobs help. We won't publish a number you haven't approved. # Industry: Pool Service URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/industries/pool-service Pool owners search in two moods: a calm one ("weekly pool service near me") and a panicked one ("green pool", "pool pump not working"). We build sites that answer both, show the routes you actually run, and make it easy to ask for a quote on the way home. What customers search: pool service near me; weekly pool cleaning cost; green pool cleanup; pool pump repair; pool leak detection; pool equipment replacement; pool service mission viejo Q: Can the site show my weekly service price? A: Yes, if you want it shown. A starting price or a range, with what changes it (pool size, equipment, debris), tends to bring better calls. We'll write it with you and won't publish a number you haven't approved. Q: Can I get calls from the one-time jobs, like green pool cleanups? A: Yes. A page for each one-time job matches how people search for it, and a tap-to-call number at the top matters most for those. Q: Do you work with companies that also do equipment repair? A: Yes. We give repair its own pages so each customer finds the right one fast. # Industry: Garage Door URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/industries/garage-door A broken garage door is a same-day problem. The car is stuck, the spring snapped, or the door is off its track. People search with their phone in hand and call the first company that looks real. We build sites that look real, answer the price question, and put the phone number where a thumb can reach it. What customers search: garage door repair near me; garage door spring replacement; garage door off track; garage door opener installation; same day garage door repair; new garage door cost; garage door repair mission viejo Q: Can the site show that we do same-day or emergency calls? A: Yes. We put it at the top with a tap-to-call number, and set the hours on your Google listing to match. Q: How do I stand out from the lead-generation companies? A: Real photos of your work, your own name, your service cities, and a Google listing that's complete and current. We can't stop the other listings, but we can make yours the one that looks like a real shop. Q: Can I list starting prices for spring or opener work? A: Yes, if you want to. We'll write it with you and won't publish a number you haven't approved. # Industry: Painting URL: https://richemontsolutions.com/industries/painting People hiring a painter want to see the work before they trust the quote. A site with a few sharp before-and-after photos, a plain list of what's included, and a clear way to ask for an estimate does most of the selling. We build it, and we keep your Google listing in step. What customers search: house painters near me; exterior painting cost; interior painter mission viejo; cabinet painting; painter laguna niguel; popcorn ceiling removal; hoa approved paint colors Q: Can the site show before-and-after photos of my work? A: Yes, using your own job photos. We don't use stock images for completed work, and we'll tell you what to shoot. Q: Do you handle sites for painters who also do drywall or pressure washing? A: Yes. Each service gets its own page, so each search finds the right one. Q: Can I show starting prices? A: If you want to. Painting prices depend on prep and size, so we usually write a range with what changes it. We won't publish a number you haven't approved.
